RULES OF THE GAME
For all the new or returning writers, here is what you need to know before submitting a bait...
1.) Be creative and use your imagination. What would be your ideal Oscar contender?
2.) All baits must include: Author Name(s), Title, Director(s), Writer(s), Main Cast and Crew, Tagline, Synopsis, Well Written Awards Campaign, and a FYC list. Only use active performers, which means no deceased filmmakers.
EX:
Author:
Location: (optional)
"Title"
Poster (optional)
Directed by
Written by
Crew
Cast
Tagline:
Synopsis:
Awards Campaign:
FYC:
3.) Try to keep synopsis at a minimum of three paragraphs. Length, however, won't matter as long as it doesn't drag on or make your story boring. Be entertaining!
4.) If you chose to adapt from a book do NOT copy the summary from the back or inside flaps. This applies to all interpreted works! Every word should be your own. Don't copy and paste ideas from other websites either.
5.) Please proof read and use grammar check! You wouldn't want to embarass yourself.
6.) You may submit 1-4 baits each month. Send them to [email protected]
